We are delighted to announce that CVMinder ATS integrates with Sona, an AI-enabled HR System. Sona claims to help large organisations improve efficiency and performance. They do that by raising the quality of workforce decisions across every location.

What does the customer get?

Walsingham Support asked us to connect CVMinder ATS to Sona, their new HR system. Our brief was to move the candidate seamlessly from the recruitment stage the employee stage on Sona. CVMinder ATS would have to create the user record and pass all onboarding assets (documents and images) over to Sona.

What ATS HR System Integration delivers:

• Automatically detect whether the user exists on Sona
• Quickly link to existing Sona user or create the user on Sona
• Place user in pending state on Sona and upload all assets from the CVMinder onboarding exercise
• Sync changes back to CVMinder ATS upon user changes in Sona

Our ATS HR System integration supports updates too. It uploads updates to forms and documents, alongside data updates.

Ease of Use

The Sona integration is controlled from within the PEC (Pre-Employment Check) area of CVMinder. When completing a checklist of onboarding activities for any candidate, a new check focuses upon Sona integration. That single check makes everything easy. It displays the status with stages completed and outstanding actions.

Other checks in a typical Pre-Employment Checklist include everything from having an applicant complete a Health Questionnaire (in CVMinder ATS) to Auto Referencing, etc.

Sona integration with CVMinder ATS offer a familiar interface for our users. It’s an easy-to-use system that reduces onboarding errors.

Next up for CVMinder ATS and Sona

Over time, we will turn custom forms into data collectors and that will make integration even more useful. That means that when collecting Bank Bank Account details, Next of Kin or other information via customer-created forms, CVMinder ATS will be able to push that data to Sona too. ATS HR System integration is set to improve further.
