Our online forms are fully integrated with your employment checks, eliminating the upload of completed forms from elsewhere.

  • Build a form with fields like contact details, selection lists, signature, titles, images and more.
  • Add your online form(s) to your pre-employment checklist.
  • Use your pre-employment checklist for any candidate.
  • Release your forms for completion by the candidate.
  • Quickly identify completed forms within a new employee’s pre-employment checklist.
  • Review the submitted form and complete the check.

Because online forms are fully integrated in CVMinder ATS, you can also quickly identify:

  • All Returned forms awaiting review.
