Automated Employment Referencing Improved!

We’re not going to lie – we have received outstanding feedback from clients using our automated employment referencing module. One customer has shared their experience after migrating from RefNow, an industry leading auto-referencing solution. They told us that references acquired via CVMinder ATS now appear in greater numbers and faster than via RefNow! That’s references requested with one click and returned for review, validated by the referee, all within your ATS.
How did we pull that off? The answer seems obvious – we listened to our customers.
And we have continued listening to everyone who has shared great ideas for improvement. Since launching our automated employment referencing solution, we have:
- Improved reference fraud detection with both IP and email domain age checks
- Made reference validation easier for the referee
- Added a referee option to upload a pre-written employment reference
- Made candidate navigation easier to reduce the professional vs character reference muddle
But, it doesn’t stop there. Automated Employment Referencing is getting another boost. Already in development we have:
- Improved candidate control so they can request more references than the minimum threshold
- A visible log of all automated referee reminders to improve safer recruiting compliance
