We are pleased to announce the completion of improvements to CVMinder ATS integration with Indeed. At the end of September we launched our support for Indeed disposition data alongside other minor improvements.

What is Indeed Disposition Data?

Disposition data is a collection of status updates related to the progress of your applicants. Indeed has mandated the receipt of updates from your ATS. Understanding which applicants are successful in your recruitment journey and which are not will help Indeed to improve candidate matching.

CVMinder ATS now updates Indeed with new , shortlisted, interviewed, offered and numerous other disposition events. Disposition updates are seamless and do not affect your applicant processing.

Will Disposition updates to Indeed be used against you?

No. Indeed’s disposition data is anonymised and remains unavailable to your Indeed Account Manager(s). An Indeed Account Manager cannot determine who you are rejecting and hiring from your disposition data. Improved ATS integration with Indeed on this basis will not affect your Indeed relationship. It will not affect your access to organic job listings or the price of your sponsored adverts.

Will Applicants receive unintended updates from your disposition updates?

No. With facilities like auto-rejection, your actions in CVMinder ATS will not become visible to applicants via Indeed. Rejecting an applicant in CVMinder ATS is silent to your applicants until you notify them. Despite CVMinder ATS updating Indeed on such events, your applicant(s) will not benefit from Indeed updates on those events. Improved ATS integration with Indeed will not compromise your applicant relationship.

What else changed in CVMinder ATS?

The way Indeed processes and delivers data for protected characteristics has changed. Protected characteristics refers to age, gender and other characteristics upon which you must not discriminate against an applicant. These changes have been incorporated into CVMinder ATS but you should notice no difference in function.

CVMinder ATS supports the way you want to work with Indeed. Indeed is the largest and most able jobsite in the world and customers enjoy significant advantages when using Indeed. To help you get the best from Indeed, we offer the following ATS features:

• Auto Posting – Advert posting to Indeed to avoid manual posting.
• Screener Questions – Candidates apply directly on the Indeed platform and give you the detailed information you need.
• Sponsoring – Create and selectively add formal tags to adverts in CVMinder ATS . Indeed will automatically attach your advert(s) to your budgeted campaign(s).
